A segmented load spectrum model for high-speed trains and its inflection stress as an indicator for line quality

Load spectrum plays a pivotal role for fault diagnosis and reliability evaluation. Here we performed long-term field tests to investigate the characteristics of load spectra bogie frame in high-speed train. With increasing steps classifications, reveal an apparent segmented feature spectrum. We propose new theoretical model, Weibull distribution, describe this characteristic. Contrast existing models, inflection stress our model can be employed quality lines, directly parameterization - line relationship is hardly seen literature. These findings reported here are generally applicable other dynamic systems where fatigue failure paramount importance.
